주님의 기도

(Lord's Prayer/ Our Father)

 

Our Father in heaven, 하늘에 계신 우리 아버지

Hallowed(=holy) be your name 아버지의 이름이 거룩히 빛나시며

Your kingdom come 아버지의 나라가 오시며

Your will be done on earth as (it is) in heaven.

아버지의 뜻이 하늘에서와 같이 땅에서도 이루어 지소서.

Give us today our daily bread,

오늘 저희에게 일용할 양식을 주시고

and forgive us the wrong we have done as we forgive those who wrong us.

저희에게 잘못한 이를 저희가 용서하오니 저희 죄를 용서하시고

Subject(=bring) us not to the trial(=test),

저희를 유혹에 빠지지 않게 하시고

but deliver(=save) us from the evil one. Amen.

악에서 구하소서. 아멘.

4. Glory (be to the Father) : (영광송)

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son,

and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the

beginning, is now and will be foreever,

5. 1) The Apostles'' Creed : (사도신경)

I believe in God, the Father Almighty,

creator of heaven and earth. I believe

in Jesus Christ, his Holy Son, our Lord.

He was conceived by the power of the

Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.

He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was

crucified, died, and was buried. He

descended to the dead. on the third

day he rose again. He ascended into

heaven, and is seated at the right hand

of the Father. He will come again to

judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy

catholic church, the communion of saints,

the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection

of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

We believe in one God,

The Father, the Almighty,

the Father.

Through him all things were made.

For us and for our salvation he come
